With over 45 years of surfacing and sports pitch construction experience Spadeoak was appointed as the contractor to complete the installation of a new sports MUGA and resurface the car park at Upton Court Grammar School in Slough. Working in collaboration with the school and construction partner Bowmer & Kirkland, Spadeoak supported our client with material specification, the MUGA design and a project programme in line with their expectations to ensure the works was completed prior to the start of the new school year.

Spadeoak resurfaced the area dedicated to the sports MUGA with a open-graded sports mix, an ideal material for the use of this type of project. The MUGA was complete with a thermoplastic line marking before the exterior black fence line with vehicle and pedestrian gates were installed to demarcate the area from the footpath and car park.
Spadeoak completed the construction of a surrounding footpath with an asphalt surface and resurfacing the schools car park and access road with a fresh surface course.

The project was completed with fresh line marking and handed back to a very happy client.
